As the Director of the Interview Institute at the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC), I lead the Certified Interview Coach (CIC) program and train career coaches, résumé writers, and HR professionals in how to coach interviews effectively.
Alongside that work, I coach clients every week through high-stakes interviews. This dual role is what sets my work apart. The frameworks I teach are grounded in real client outcomes. The strategies I use with clients are the same ones I teach to professionals across the industry.

The Interview Institute is PARWCC's hub for interview coaching and the center of a growing community committed to raising the standard of this work.
